SAN DIEGO

San Diego surprised me with its large amount of Victorian-style architecture preserved in the downtown core. The details in craftsmanship and colors used are really cool to see. And because of its temperate climate, the old neon signs on hotels and businesses are well preserved. The Spanish-style architecture also shines through and is seen throughout the cityscape, the old town sector, and its parks. It all goes well with a hoppy, refreshing west coast IPA.
